Join Emily Redman for this Yoga Flow class, an accessible vinyasa class with creative challenges to improve strength and balance. Class will begin with breathwork and gentle stretches, progress to a standing flow, and we’ll wind down with slow deep stretches. This class is designed for folks with previous yoga experience or beginners looking for a physical challenge. Modifications will be offered throughout class.
