Lunch Break Yoga

A great way to spend your lunch break! This moderately-paced yoga class starts with breathwork and gentle warm-ups. We’ll slowly work our way to a simple standing flow designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. The class will end with easy, feel-good stretches and a final relaxation.
