Forever Fluid is a system of eclectic, fun workout routines, and becoming forever fluid is also a mindset. In this class, you can expect to move your body toward a state of increased fitness, fluidity and ease of motion.
All workouts are based in the fundamentals of body awareness, breathwork, and strengthening, stretching, lengthening and balance exercises. A typical one hour class consists of a warm up period, in-depth focus on one area of the body or full body concept, and a cool down period. Students from a broad range of abilities and ages are invited to attend this class, where they will be able to adapt exercises to their present abilities.
On Thursdays the focus is on enlivening the body’s connective tissue, and the fundamental approach is rounded out by isometric resistance and somatic experience stretching and release movement exercises.
