  • Morning Fitness is cancelled on 6/25 and 6/27 due to schedule conflicts.  We are very sorry for the inconvenience!Monday afternoon Gentle Yoga and Monday evening 20/30 Somethings Yoga are both on hiatus for the summer.  All other yoga classes are ongoing and will be meeting as usual during the summer months.  Please join us!  For information on Tai Chi and Qi Gong summer sessions, please contact your teacher directly.
