Molly Aronson

Molly Aronson

Molly Aronson (they/she) came to yoga and meditation as a way of finding gentle connection with their own body and accessing their intuition. Their teaching is informed by the idea that we all have unique ways of building relationships with our bodies, and we can find that connection to ourselves when we honor that each of our journeys may look differently on the mat. They completed their 200 hour training with the Tree Yoga Cooperative, a social justice focused and trauma informed studio that empowers students to cultivate their internal guidance both on and off the mat. They practice gentle vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga and weave elements of these together in their classes. They honor the roots of the ancient practice of yoga while also aiming to make yoga accessible to all types of bodies and minds.

Molly also works as an outdoor educator, creating reflective and meditative space for young people to feel connected to the natural world and foster love for our beautiful planet. Molly enjoys growing and cooking veggies, foraging for wild foods, climbing, biking, writing, and birding.
