This gentle class is a peaceful way to end your Monday in a calm, friendly, and supportive enviromnent. Class includes an opening meditation, warm-ups, gentle posture flow in a standing or supine position, seated postures, and savasana (final relaxation). It is gently strengthening, deeply relaxing, and accessible to a range of levels. Many options will be given to help tailor the class to your needs. Masks are now optional for this class.
