Accessibility

Access: Our space on the second floor studio is currently accessible only by stairs. There are 22 stairs, with handrails on each side.

In addition to the studio offerings, four online yoga classes are available each week.

Chairs: We have many sturdy, padded, folding chairs, and you are most welcome to use one during class! If you’d like to use a chair, let your teacher know, and they can offer some ideas during the class as needed.

Sound: We are now using subtle sound amplification for some of our yoga classes to help make it easier for folks with hearing challenges to attend in person classes.

Amplification will be used for the following classes:

  • Monday Morning Kripalu Yoga
  • Monday Afternoon Gentle Yoga
  • Tuesday Evening Slow Flow Yoga
  • Wednesday Morning Vinyasa
  • Friday Morning Gentle Kripalu Yoga
