Forever Fluid is both a system of eclectic, fun workout routines and a mindset of lifelong fitness and ease of motion. In this class, you’ll move toward greater strength, flexibility, balance, and fluidity.
Sessions integrate body awareness, breathwork, stretching, lengthening, and strengthening, along with energetic cardio, core training, and functional movement. A typical class includes a warm-up, focused work on a body area or a whole-body concept, and a relaxing cool down.
Open to all ages and ability levels—exercises can be adapted to meet you where you are.
