A Four-Week Group to Begin or Begin Again

Are you curious about mindfulness meditation? Do you have a practice and want to meet others interested in creating a mindfulness community? Join mindfulness teacher Jeannette Eaton for an introductory series to explore the practice of meditation in a warm, supportive environment. Drawing from readings and teachings to help us find ways to bring more presence into our daily lives, each session will include gently guided meditation, silent meditation time, and time to share and ask questions.
Whether you are new to meditation and looking to establish a practice or looking to deepen or return to your meditation practice, this four-week series will help us connect with our intentions and explore areas we may wish to cultivate in our lives–curiosity, energy, joy, concentration, and balance.
