Join Jillian Buck, PhD, LMHC, for an interactive workshop designed for tweens and teens to explore practical skills for managing stress and anxiety. Through fun, hands-on activities like mindfulness exercises, light yoga and movement, breathing techniques, and journaling, participants will leave with tools to feel calmer, more confident, and ready to handle life’s challenges.
Each participant will also receive take-home resources and printed materials to support continued practice.
