Intermediate Kripalu Yoga

Begin your week with presence and integration! A moderately-paced class appropriate for many levels, this practice includes meditation, warm-ups, core & table-based strengthening sequences, and standing & seated postures with an emphasis on breath, attention, and safe, easeful, and effective movement. All are welcome to adapt the practice to meet your individual needs while experiencing the internal alignment and grounding that can result from mindful, breath-centered movement.
