Soma Soothe is a gentle, slow-paced and deep practice designed to release tension and restore ease in the fascial system—the interconnected connective tissue that links and supports every part of you. With a blend of fascial release techniques and somatic healing practices, you’ll learn to unlock stuck patterns and cultivate greater freedom of movement.

Sessions may include guided self-release, partner exercises, and intentional movement sequences to help you feel lighter, more spacious, and more at ease. Somatic healing invites you to notice, process, and release stored tension at both physical and emotional levels. This is a deep-dive into body awareness, suitable for all ages and abilities, with exercises adapted to your current needs.
