Jill is a locally trained yoga teacher who completed her certification in 2016 and brings an authentic and energetic presence to her classes. She is also a licensed mental health counselor and holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, integrating mindfulness, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation into her teaching.
She enjoys guiding flow and mindfulness-based practices that invite students to reconnect with their breath, body, and inner awareness, while cultivating skills that extend beyond the mat and into everyday life. Jill is passionate about making yoga accessible and welcoming, offering a space where students can move with curiosity, compassion, and self-trust. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to support a wide range of practitioners, whether you’re experienced, brand new to yoga, or returning to your practice, encouraging presence, balance, and connection both on and off the mat.
