A light weekly asana practice to unwind the day’s tensions, this moderately-paced early evening class focuses on your body’s needs, offering ample opportunities to coordinate awareness, breath, and movement, inviting you to attend to your own body at the end of the day. Attuning to the students’ and the seasons’ rhythms, the class includes joint, fluid body, and muscle group warm ups; asana; breathing awareness; and generous rests in Savasana. Modifications and alternate propping provided as needed. No yoga experience needed.
