All Levels Yoga Flow

Come move your body in a safe, mindful way. In vinyasa style, this all levels class will focus on moving with the breath. This class is moderately paced with a mixture of seated and standing poses. Options for different levels are offered. Whether you’re new to yoga, or have been practicing for a while, this class has something for everyone!

Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm. Begins on May 9.
