Join Emily for a supportive and inspiring class designed to ease aches, promote flexibility, and improve muscle tone and strength. We’ll learn breathing techniques and postures to help support the mind and body during pregnancy, labor, and childbirth. It’s also a lovely opportunity to connect with other mamas!
