Join yoga instructor and MSW Emily Redman for a postpartum yoga class designed for moms and their non-mobile babies. This gentle class will offer feel good movements as well as therapeutic exercises for pelvic floor and core. Each week we will have time to share, build community, and come together over the joys and challenges of parenthood.
This is a 6-week series on Fridays 10:30-11:30am. Class dates are June 16, 23, 30 and July 14, 21, 28 (no class the week of July 4th).
