Explorative Slow Yoga classes offer slow paced guided practices that invite and explore breath, relaxation, experiential movement, asana and meditation.  Each class aims to foster an environment that is conducive to a feeling of kindness and safety in hopes that you may feel comfortable to delve into, and nurture the ever unfolding aliveness within your body and the sovereignty to inhabit it. This class welcomes and appreciates all bodies.
